One DC Ltd was founded by Farkid Mia, and has over 20 years’ experience in the building and property industry. He is a chartered building surveyor and also is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute on Building and Association of Project Managers.

Farkid is a keen skier and holds a football season ticket at Emirates Stadium.
